YUPUTKA

The word Yuputka is from the Ulwa language and somewhat translates to “the spooky sensation of something crawling up your skin.” After discovering this word, I knew I had to try and design what it would look like only through typography.
I made quite a few sketches before I found one that I thought fit the description. My vision was to depict some of the letters as sharp metal and others as flesh like.
